GoBiz Pro is a bundle service which include subscription to Postpaid Line, Digital Payment Apps and Physical Payment Terminal facilities. On Top of that the merchant can also subscribe to Telco Reload Top Up, Bill Payment, Game Points Reload, Remittance and International Airtime Transfer as an option payment services.

Yes, customer will enjoy RM20 monthly rebate for 24 months.
The monthly rebate promotion will be available until further notice.
No upfront payment is required upon registration of GoBiz Pro.
The Advance Access Fee on telco bill (which is the amount equal to the Monthly Fee) is charged in advance to your account and will be shown in your first month bill.
However, the Master Merchant may charge you onetime maintenance fee for payment terminal. These charges are payable direct to the Master Merchant.
Yes, existing postpaid terms and conditions apply.
No, the Unlimited Data or Voice are for domestic use only. Any Data or Voice usage while roaming will be charged as per used basis.
Yes, the minimum subscription period is 24 months.
GoBiz Pro monthly fee x remaining number of months. The remaining number of months will be deemed to include the month during which you terminated the Service.

No extra charges for the disconnection will be imposed. However, the merchant will have to pay for the access fee and service fee (pro-rated based on their active days of the month before the service was disconnected).
Temporary suspension is not allowed. If you are being suspended due to credit action, you are not able to use the postpaid line.
You can still use the merchant ID to perform business transactions however, the Merchant Account will be put on hold, and the money will only be release to you after you pay the outstanding postpaid bill amount.
Reconnection / Reactivation will be based on the following scenarios:
The Merchant ID account will be put on hold, until payment is made. The monthly charge for telco-services will be, charged on a pro-rated basis, based on the number of active days. Merchant Service charges will also be charged on a pro-rated basis, based on the number of active days.
ETP charges applies for existing GoBiz Pro if you are still within contract period.
