Effective 16 April 2025, NTT DATA Cardpay shall take over from U Mobile as your merchant acquirer and service provider for your current payment processing services. Your current contract and subscription to the GoBiz merchant payment processing services shall remain unchanged except that NTT DATA Cardpay is your contracting party instead of U Mobile. For clarity, all terms in your current contract remain unchanged unless otherwise notified by NTT DATA Cardpay to you after the transition date specified above. During the transition, there shall be no disruption to your payment processing services and your business as it will be seamless and transparent to you.
The novation will take effect on 16 April 2025 (“Effective Date”), after which NTT DATA Cardpay shall be your new merchant acquiring service provider instead of U Mobile.
There will be no disruption to your business operations. You shall continue using the payment processing services as usual and there will be no change to your business operations. Any planned disruptions shall be communicated ahead of time as per the current GoBiz communication channels to you. In the event that you need assistance or support, you may contact the current support channels or contacts which continue to be available without any changes.
